At Clothing.com.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Return Window: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear or damage.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Sale Items: Discounted or clearance items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
Personalized Products: Custom or personalized items, such as those with embroidery or alterations, are final sale.
Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Email us at clothingcompk@gmail.com or call +92-328-1022577 within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include any accessories or documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the package. Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we make an error.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the return process. Once the original item is received, we’ll send out the replacement. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
